Spreckels Family Photo Day 2019 signup sheet

You get professional family portraits by our featured photographer and Spreckels Elementary raises money! Reserve your spot to join us on either Sunday, October 6th or Saturday, October 12th in Little Italy. Here's how:

--- Select a time below for your photo shoot
--- Pay your $25 sitting fee. Payment can be made either by check to Spreckels PTA (can drop in an envelope marked "Family Photo Day" in front office PTA box) or online at www.spreckelscommunityuc.com/store.

Your appointment is not confirmed until payment is received. Meeting location details will be provided prior to the day of your session.
