Gala 2018 Volunteers signup sheet

We are looking for volunteers to help with our upcoming Gala on October 6th, 2018. Our fall banquet will take place at the Red Lion Hotel in Jantzen Beach. We'll have from 8am-4pm to set-up everything from our Reception exhibit to table centerpieces (with lunch provided in between), but should end well before 4pm! Start time is also subject to change, we'll notify you in advance.

Our needs also include greeters & guest check-in (during our Reception Hour), and tear-down help (after the event concludes). If you're helping with these tasks, we invite you to attend dinner as First Image guests.
