The Blackwell Block Party is an annual one-day festival celebrating and commemorating the diverse culture and the rich heritage of Marfa. The cornerstone event of the Blackwell Block Party is tPhe unveiling of a community-inspired mural. Please feel free to sign up for one shift, or possible two if you have more time to spend. All activities take place at the Blackwell School grounds except the first one identified "At Mural Site." Each volunteer will receive a special "volunteer" commemorative bandana and our sincere thanks (and all that amazing food--free!).
