All volunteers please arrive at 9am to begin setup.

*Lunch is provided if volunteering on event day.

Greeters: Warmly greet and welcome attendees, direct guests to registration and silent auction areas

Registration Volunteers: Welcome guests and provide them with their preassigned table seat. Swipe guest credit cards if they wish to donate or need to pay for their registration.

Ball Room Assistants: Greet and welcome guests to the ballroom and offer to show them to their seats. During the ask portion of the program you will assist in spotting and receiving donations from team captains for the UNCF STAFF member. Some ball room assistants will be responsible for running paperwork from the ball room to the registration table for credit card payments.

Escort Speaker: Keep in touch with speaker's driver to make sure they arrive on time. Escort them to their seats.

Escort Honorees: Keep in touch with honorees and ensure they arrive on-time to receive award and seat them in their proper seats.

Program Organizer: Make sure the program runs smoothly and on time.

Volunteer Coordinator: recruit volunteers for the event and make sure every open space is filled

Open Seat Counters: Count open seats for registration to fill.

Social Media Coordinator: Promote the event through social media platforms, post updates during the event.

Photographer Assistant 1: Assist the photographer with positioning everyone to take their picture.

Photographer Assistant 2: Organize photoshoot line, check in tables to take pictures with the speaker.
