2015 Unity Marching Band Work Week Volunteers signup sheet

Mr. Jean would like 1-2 parents each day to supervise during lunch. This will allow him to use that break as an opportunity to review rehearsal needs with the other assistant directors during lunch. Once morning rehearsal ends(sometime between 11:45 - noon), take students to the HS cafeteria. Supervise until roughly 12:30, then remind the students to throw away their trash as they head back to rehearsal. Wipe down the tables and put the chairs back on the tables. Also, shade for student breaks is needed in the outdoor practice field area. We have one EZup 10' x 10' tent and could use 2 more EZup tents to borrow for the week. And we also need water for hydration for our hard working students and directors! Reminder, students will not be allow to leave at lunchtime, so be sure to send a sack lunch each day.
