We need volunteers to help out for the regional competition. We also need snacks to be donated. We are estimating about 130 kids /adults at our base camp. We will be providing pizza for our students, coaches/asst coaches and volunteers. Please sign up below. Your help and cooperation are really appreciated.
About Proctors helpers IMPT. We cannot compete without providing 5 proctor volunteers. We need volunteers for Feb 10 who will help the event coordinator run their event. The task involved may include setting up for the test, check test papers, help time a build event or check in students for their event. A separate email will be sent to the proctor volunteers with specific instructions.
We need everyone's help to make this successful. Academy parents can earn academy hours for helping out . Thank you for your cooperation.
