Reception Team - Seated at the reception table, you will be responsible for the in-take of all tickets sold; checking that the guest has arrived and is on the guest list; instructing the guest on their ability to bid on the silent auction items using their ticket number that is assigned to their name and further detailing where they may purchase liquor tickets; ensuring that all finalists are identified, handed their envelope and direct them to reception host

Reception Hosts - Present with corsage/boutonniere and direct them to beverages and food

Corsage Distribution to Finalists - Hosts will present finalist to you and you will provide wrist corsage to the ladies and boutonniere to the gentlemen

Silent Auction Set up Team - Support chamber administration staff in the delivery and set up of the silent auction items to the theatre

Set-Up Team - On site event day to co-ordinate production teams, caterer, receiving of any drop off items for the event, have the site plan to idenify where all set-up items go and how they are to be displayed inclusive of draping, bar set ups, tables, auction items, reception/ticketsales, photographer and other coordination as required

Clean-Up Team - Supervise the clean up, production team tear down, bartenders clean up, liquor counts by bartenders, ensure all final volunteers and paid staff complete their duties and exit the building before the final time per terms of the rental agreement with The City of Spruce Grove, return any unused liquor the following day
