Course Flaggers in Jamestown –
**Beginning at 8:00am (Flags and Vests will be found at your intersection. **Please be courteous to our Jamestown Neighbors that might be trying to enter 138. Please ask them to kindly wait or proceed slowly through the race course!)
**Bring all signs/flags/vests/garbage in your area to the water station on Seaside Ave after the State Police sweeper Car passes your post for Post-Race Clean –UP
** Off-Ramp closes at 8:30, after that time you will not be able to get into the neighborhood, so please be prompt.
**Diann Cote/Melissa Ferrell, from TRIMOM Productions, will be driving the Jamestown portion of the course to hand out volunteer t-shirts and badges. Please sign in with them so that we may contact you post-race for a big thanks and your complimentary race entry slot! Volunteers who wish to receive a complimentary race entry to the 2015 Rhode Warrior Half Iron Distance Tri must volunteer at (2) Separate Events!!

Course Flagger - Stern/Seaside – (1) Stand at the intersection of Stern and Seaside and flag all athletes to make a right onto Seaside from Stern. Stop any traffic trying to continue on Seaside through the race until the final runners have cleared! Ask them to kindly make a right onto Stern after the State Police sweeper vehicle passes, away from the racers! Be courteous and thank any neighbors for their patience!

Course Flagger - Seaside/Hull St - (1) Stand at the intersection of Seaside and Hull and stop any local traffic trying to enter Seaside during the race. Thank them for their patience and direct them to make a left onto Seaside away from the course once the sweep State Police Vehicle passes!

Water Station 1 - Set-Up a double-sided water station under the Jamestown Bridge. 3 Tables on each Side, divide the Gatorade Coolers, cups, pitchers, hammer gels, extra water bottles, garbage cans, bags, evenly between two stations. Use pitchers to fill cups no more than ½ way and place on the tables for athletes to grab as they run by. (Volunteers can also hand out water cups to athletes!) Use the large plastic water bottles to replenish the gatorade coolers when empty. Pick up all trash and clean up water station when state police sweeper vehicle passes by. Thank all neighbors for their patience! Leave all items neatly piled under the bridge for TRIMOM to collect at end of race!

Off-ramp Crossover – (9:00am to race finish) Work with NK Police as the athletes come off the off-ramp of 138 to cross Boston Neck Road to reenter the Park N’ Ride! Stop the athletes for any auto traffic!
