When: Jan 19-21, 2018 Where: River Bend Golf and Recreation Area in Red Deer Who: Parkland Cross-Country Ski Club/Red Deer Nordics
Awards will be presented at certain intervals duing the day by an official, one or more dignitaries and an assistant. The Awards assistant will support the Host in ensuring that the medals, prize money and merchandise are in place and in the right order to hand out. You will also assist with the ceremony if required. Outdoor clothing will be required during the presentations but there will be downtime indoors if you choose.
Photographer: we need a few good photographers to capture all aspects of the event and forward 5-6 good photos to the media co-ordinator during the day, then as many as you like at the end of each day. Food and beverage will be supplied.
