PRE- REGISTRATION AND WALK-IN REGISTRATION
Where: River Bluff Education Center (395 Guernsey Lane)
When: Thursday, July 11 - Saturday, July 13

Registration hours per the Convention Schedule.
Thursday, July 11 8:00 am - 5:30 pm
Friday, July 12 8:00 am - 3:00 pm
Saturday, July 13 8:00 am - 10:30 am

Pre-Registration Duties (Pre-printed Badge Distribution): Volunteers will be responsible for the distribution of materials to members who pre-registered for Convention. Materials include badges, badge holders, program, and other materials as directed.

Walk-In Registration(COMPUTER) Duties: Volunteers will process members who walk in to register for conventions. As a volunteer in this area, you will be using the RWCS registration computers to process orders and payments. Following an order being completed, volunteers will also distribute convention materials and badges and holders.

Volunteers are asked to arrive 15 minutes before their time slot begins for orientation.

The sign-up slots below are grouped in two sections be sure the sign up in the correct section for the area you are interested in volunteering.
