PFD/ Life jacket fitting - Verify names & ages on the waiver, collect and file waiver; Fit jackets and ensure kids are properly fitted; All jackets must be properly fastened prior to leaving the station; Distribute wrist bands depending on ride; Send guests to the shore line safety briefing

Put in Shoreline support - Ready boats at the shoreline, Hand out paddles for each boat, Guide paddlers on how to get into the raft and how to launch, Push them out

Raft and PFD/ Life Jacket drop off - Collect life jackets from each participant, Instruct paddlers to drop off rafts at drop point, Collect lost and found items

Registration - Check tickets (printed or on phone) or check registration list for Raft and Haskin; Distribute waivers for Raft and Haskin; Audit number of guest/weight; Provide dry bag for phone/keys; Send paddlers to the PFD station and tent take down at end of event.

Take out Shoreline support - Welcome paddlers as they reach the exit; Guide them into the shoreline; Remind paddlers how to get out; throw ropes to help get people out if needed and help them carry rafts to trailer if needed
