2017 MVA Arts Festival Frozen Beverage Booth signup sheet

The MVA is excited to run a frozen beverage booth at the Columbus Arts Festival for the third year in a row! The event takes place June 9th - 11th. Volunteers will sell and serve frozen alcoholic beverages to festival goers. The MVA will receive 10% of all sales at our booth.
All volunteers must be at least 21 years of age and must receive the required training** from the festival organizers prior to the event. All LEAD shift volunteers MUST receive training this year, even if you have received training in 2016. If you received training 2016 you can claim a NON-LEAD shift without needing to receive training again this year.
IMPORTANT: You are welcome to signup for more than one shift, but please do not sign up for shifts that overlap each other.
