Fall Fundraiser Volunteer Request signup sheet

We have our Fall Fundraiser kickoff just around the corner! This fundraiser allows the PTA to fund many of our events at the school. This has required over 400 hours of work from our Bear Creek PTA volunteers in the past. The goal could NOT have been met without you. The dates and times that volunteers are needed are listed below, but even if you cannot stay the entire time slot, please feel free to stop in to help - 15-30 minutes makes a huge difference! Maybe this could be your JUST ONE THING! Volunteers will be collecting forms from teachers, signing out boxes of chocolate to students, counting in the money that is returned in each envelope, and recording the amount of chocolate sold by each student. There will be someone present to show you exactly what you need to do! Please feel free to sign up to work as many days as you are willing to devote to the fundraiser.
