7:50 AM - Unload equipment from trailer, stage at school door. School opens at 8 AM.
8:00 AM - Move equipment into Cafetorium and set it up.
While we appreciate a willingness to help, to prevent burnout from over-commitment please do not volunteer for this role if you have already committed to another area of service on your desired day. Please also note that set-up and breakdown duties have been separated into two events, should you be available for one and not the other. Please sign up accordingly.
