5th Grade Party 2018 signup sheet

Please join us in putting on a party to celebrate our 5th graders as they end their elementary school career. We will be partying it up at Brightwater and will need many volunteers to make this event happen. Please note that if you volunteer to help with set up or clean up you CANNOT be a driver. Drivers must be prepared to shuttle at both ends of the day--to and from the event. Chaperones will be needed to run activities and supervise students throughout the day. If you would like to drive AND stay to chaperone the event, please add your name to both categories. Bring your energy and have fun partying with our soon to be middle schoolers! Remember that all volunteers need to have a current Washington State Patrol form on file. These are available at the front office if you need one. Thank you all! For those bringing food items--please deliver the items to the staff lounge at Maywood Hills by 10 AM on Thursday, June 14 (the day before the party). Thank you!
