Engineer The Future 2018 signup sheet

Engineer the Future is now a three-day event! Volunteers needed all three days: February 22nd, 23rd, 24th to help in various capacities: Registration desk, Exhibitor attendant, Crowd-flow manager, etc

Volunteer opportunities are available for:
Registration assistant (sign in desk: responsible for handing out coupons, waiver, t-shirt, signing all exhibitors in, explaining parking vouchers, etc),

Exhibitor assistant (assist exhibitor to their destinations—especially important with the new construction. Through the day, Exhibitor assistants walk through the floors, make sure exhibitors have what they need, and participate in the hands-on activities, take notes, etc) , and

Survey Organizer (during the lunch hours, help hand out surveys and pencils, and collect them after completion)

The roles are cycled through and it would be great for volunteers to be able to do all three.
If there are preferences, I will try my best to accommodate.

Aside from endless gratitude for your help, Event Volunteers will receive: free parking, free admission to the Science Center for the day of volunteering, an Xplor Store coupon, a Riverview snack voucher, an a T-shirt (while supplies last)..
