Arc Rotary Christmas Party signup sheet
Held in the Alumni College Center on the Utica campus of Mohawk Valley Community College. Over 300 people supported by The Arc attend this one of a kind Holiday celebration, with dinner, dancing and a visit from Santa and Mrs. Clause! We need volunteers to help set up, serve drinks, and of course, clean up. The party runs from 5pm to 8pm We need volunteers to arrive at 3:30pm for set-up and others to come at 4:45 to start serving drinks and stay for cleanup which usually happens at 7:30pm.
