CASINO VOLUNTEERS PLEASE NOTE: None of these positions require previous Casino experience. Volunteers can work more than one shift, but cannot change positions. All volunteers are prohibited from playing casino games and consuming alcohol for the 2 days at the Facility. Please bring picture ID for check-in at the Casino. Volunteers must arrive on time for their shifts!
GENERAL MANAGER: The General Manager is responsible for the overall continuity of the casino.
BANKER: The banker is the supervisor of the Cashier’s Cage. The Banker will document all transactions to ensure the security of the chips and will supply chips to the gaming floor as required.
CASHIER: The cashier redeems players’ chips for cash, but does not sell chips.
CHIP RUNNER: The Chip Runner participates in the opening and closing of games with the floor staff. Transfers fill/credit request from floor staff to Banker and then transfers chips from Banker back to the game.
COUNT ROOM SUPERVISOR: The Count room Supervisor witnesses and verifies every aspect of the count from table money boxes, supplies cash to the Banker as required, and assists in preparation of bank deposits and reports.
COUNT ROOM STAFF: The Counter assists the Count Room Supervisor in his or her responsibilities.
