Volunteer Orientation: Volunteers MUST attend one of the following sessions to complete a waiver, collect a t-shirt and complete orientation for the event.
Thurs. Sept. 20th @ 7 p.m. - 1023 Drouillard
Friday Sept. 21st @ Noon - 1023 Drouillard
Volunteer Descriptions:
Information Ambassadors – Stationed in a designated area, you will hand out
maps and event schedules, provide directional assistance, and answer questions. Must be
upbeat, helpful, smiling, and enjoy interacting with the public and knowledgeable of festival!
Movers and Shakers – This is the “go and do crew” who like variety and are willing to serve
many positions. Floaters will be used to relieve other volunteers for breaks, welcome guests,
monitor safety at skateboard competition and Shopping Cart Races, run errands, and generally help where needed. Must be very
flexible, upbeat, friendly, and knowledgeable of the festival.
Cleaners and Greeners – Located around the Festival, you are responsible for
keeping things tidy and safe for all attendees and artists. Your responsibility includes basic
cleaning of your area, assisting artists if necessary. Must be friendly, knowledgeable of the Festival, and have good organizational skills.

Please fill-out your availability below.
Prior to the event, volunteers will have to complete a waiver form with legal consent. This waiver will be sent electronically or available for those under the age of 18 during MANDATORY volunteer orientation. If your parent or guardian is unable to attend this session with you, please contact to ensure your waiver is signed prior to the event.
