Each year, the Boys & Girls Clubs of Ada County holds a spectacular online/silent/ and live auction fundraiser to raise the money needed to serve the over 4,000 youth who receive services by this nonprofit organization annually. This is our single biggest way to fund the invaluable services we provide to youth and their families. You can take part in helping low income children learn and grow into caring, productive, and responsible citizens through volunteer support before, at, and/or after this event by signing up below! We cannot fulfill the demands of this amazing event without volunteer support, so we appreciate your consideration in volunteering!

As the volunteer coordinator, my largest request is that you sign up for a volunteer opportunity ONLY if you can commit to showing up at the event location at the listed start time and stay for the total duration of time listed. If you are uncertain that you can fulfill a volunteer slot, wait until you are ready to confirm attendance and then sign up. At two weeks prior to the event, I infill missing volunteer slots with paid staff, at the expense of revenues from the event, so please just try and make your decision at least two weeks prior to the event date. If things do come up making your involvement impossible after signing up, please contact me as soon as possible (with at least one week notice if at all possible), so I have time to make adjustments.
