Game Starts @ 4:30 pm Saturday Oct. 8th, 2016
Arrive 3.5-4 hours before kick-off at the Moshofsky Center

Double point game for 2nd grade!


Location: Moshofsky Center next to the Autzen stadium. Check map at YG PTO website (Link below) for detail. There will be a gate keeper! Just let them know you are from Yujin Gakuen and your name.

Time of commitment
Money manager, back house coordinator, and food coordinator are going to be there 4 hours before the game(12:30 pm for 10/8 ) to set things up.

All other volunteers are expected to arrive and be ready to serve 3.5 hours before the game(1:00 pm for 10/8) and be at the booth until the end of 3rd quarter. If you have time after that and able to help us clean up the booth, that would be appreciated. However, if you must leave at that time, we understand :)

Lunch will be provided. Lunch break happens at kick-off.

Transportation:

There is a free bus pass in the front office at YG (Diane's desk). The great thing about this bus is that they will drop you off near the south gate. The entrance for Moshofsky center is very close from this bus stop. You can park your car and take a bus at any of the park and ride station listed in the link below.

All buses start running 4 hours before the game. It comes every ten minutes or so. I often used VRC park and ride. It takes about 20 mins to get to the stadium with traffic, so if you want to be on time for the shift, you will need to catch very first or second bus leaving the station.

The stadium area will be very congested and hard to find a free parking space. Some people get a ride from family and friend, but you might want to arrange the meeting place and expect to walk.

Clothing and Shoes:

Concession worker shirt will be provided. You can either wear on top of your shirt or change in the restroom.

Dark colored pants or Jeans preferred.

Position and station

Money Manager- our group leader who is going to handle the cash from UO and collect all our earning and report to UO. They are also in charge of over looking the operation. If you have questions, look to the Money Manager.

Back House Coordinator- Inventory manager. This person will be in charge of counting the beer cups, wine cups, pretzels, etc before and after the game.

Food Coordinator- Will bring the meals for volunteers and serve during the down time at kick-off. This person also works in the booth.

Volunteers:
Pourer(Pours the beer or wine)
Passer (Passes the beer from the pourer to the cashier helper or table in the middle)
Cashier Helper(Partners with a cashier and gets the orders from the customer- be it beer, wine or pretzels.)
Cashier(Takes the money or handle the credit card reader)
Pretzel Maker (Cooks the pretzels)
Exit Gate Keeper( Keep eye on people who are exiting from beer booth area and make sure no one sneaks in.)

We will ask you to sign in your name, your child grade (so your child grade can earn points), etc for the station you want to work once you get there.

If you want to choose particular station, I will recommend to come early. We may ask people to change jobs if important ones are not filled (i.e. Cashiering).
