ACS Hope Gala - Volunteer Check-In signup sheet

A mask is required to be worn at all times per county guidelines. Please bring a mask or we will have masks available.

• Sign in volunteers, make sure completed volunteer form and confidentiality form is turned in
• Distribute shirts accordingly once paperwork is turned in
• Make sure there is water / soda available in coolers.
• Make sure Registration Area has cool beverages in their cooler throughout evening
• Make sure to inform volunteers there is food for them to eat
• There is 1 volunteer at the volunteer check-in table at all times to collect forms and tell volunteers where to go
