Slice of Summer Organiser Team signup sheet

This year's Slice of Summer will take place on Saturday 27th June, 1-4pm.

We are looking for members of the Simon Balle community, from all phases, to help with planning the event. We need at least one person for each area listed here, you're welcome to work with a friend. You will be added to the WhatsApp summer fair thread and we will aim to meet to discuss plans after the half term break.

If you have any ideas or suggestions, please get in touch!

We are looking for helpers to:

A) Plan a selection of games & prizes (we have a number of games already but new ideas welcome too!)
B) Help to organise refreshments (to work with PSA to stock the bar, e.g. with Pimms, prosecco, ice, glasses)
C) Help to organise food (to work with supplier and assist)
D) Help to organise the raffle (to order raffle tickets, collect prizes - we have a good number already!)
E) Help manage hampers (such as making up hampers. This will take place a week or so before the event)
F) Help to publicise the event (distribute flyers and posters etc)
G) Help to organise a creative/activities area (source activities for a "creative" area)
H) Help to organise stallholders (Welcome stallholders on the day, prepare their areas etc)
I) Help to shop for the event (assist with the purchasing of itms needed to support the fair, such as shopping for gifts that children will wrap)
J) Help to organise volunteers (encourage class members to sign up for fair slots and be a point of contact on the day)
