Event Set-Up - Volunteers will help unload auction items, set up auction items on tables, remove debris from unpacking and prep all areas for guests.

Registration / Check Out - Volunteers will greet guests and help them get checked-in for the event by asking them questions and entering data (credit card information) on a laptop. Volunteers who assist with registration, will also assist with check-out at the end of the event. Check-out consists of ensuring guests receive their auction items (runners will retrieve items) and that a valid credit card to charge is on file. Volunteers need to be polite, outgoing, computer savvy and available for training prior to the event.

Greeters / Runners - Volunteers will greet guests and direct them to registration table and/or silent auction area. Volunteers will assist with registration (retrieving bidder paddles for guests) and check-out (retrieving the winning auction items for guests). Volunteers need to be polite, outgoing and patient.

Silent Auction Attendant / Runner - Volunteers will walk around and help answer any questions regarding auction items and will assist with registration (retrieving bidder paddles for guests) and check-out (retrieving the winning auction items for guests). Volunteers need to be detail-orientated, patient and polite.

Live Auction / Raise Your Ruler Spotter - Volunteers will act as spotters in the dining room during the Live Auction and Raise Your Ruler (fund a need) portions of the program. Volunteers need to be patient, outgoing and attentive.

Clean Up - Volunteers will help load packing trucks, clean up auction areas, and remove debris.
