Keep Charlotte Beautiful is excited to encourage recycling participation on America Recycles Day! Our event will take place on Saturday, November 10th, from 9:00am to 4:00pm at Wal-Mart, 8180 S. Tryon Street, Charlotte, NC. There will be 12 volunteers per shift. Volunteers will:
• Assist patrons with recycle pledge cards
• Sign up future KCB volunteers
• Educate patrons on the benefit of recycling
• Assist Goodwill with the electric recycling products
• Provide shredding directions for paper recycling products
• Work the “Prize Station”.
Once you have signed up, a Keep Charlotte Beautiful representative will be in contact to provide further details. Click the "Sign-up" link to register as a volunteer.
