Our Council is supporting the Bishop Arthur J. O’Neil Assembly while hosting the 4th Degree Exemplification here at St. Mary’s on Saturday, September 09, 2018.

Our Council Beverage Team is providing the beverage service for the event, too, as is usual for larger social events serving alcoholic beverages at St. Mary’s.

Please consider pitching in however you can, but pitch in and help us!!!

Going to TIMY? Can you stay a short time and see what we need to do to finish the Parish Hall to turnover to the Exemplification Team and set up the beverages and hospitality rooms.

We need Basset Card Beverage Team Members Saturday evening (and you will be fed, too, on Saturday evening), and we do need help setting up on Friday evening and Saturday at various times through the day. See sigh up sheet for time slots.

Food will be available from 5:00 PM on for the beverage team and others helping at the event.

We will need only 4th Degree Brothers to help from 2:30pm until 5:00pm to serve non-alcoholic beverages because access to the Exemplification area will be restricted from 11:00am until approximately 3:30pm per KofC Exemplification Guidelines. See sign up sheet. Food will be available for you at approximately 5:00pm, too.
