9/11 Day of Service - Service Project Pre-Registration signup sheet

Please read these important instructions, as they will help make the day run much smoother.
Please:
Arrive promptly at 10 am.
Dress comfortably in clothes and sneakers that you don't mind getting dirty/painted.
Bring a pen and MSU ID.
Leave valuables at home.
Follow instructions of your site leaders.
Volunteers will check-in in the Student Center lobby to pick up your registration card before proceeding into the Ballrooms.
In the Ballrooms, you will enjoy light refreshments and receive a complementary boxed lunch. Then take a seat in your designated row (by Bus #) as soon as possible, so you can hear our opening remarks and guest speaker.
You will then be directed to our buses for transportation to service sites. On the bus ride to the site, you will be given one or more waivers. Waivers must be completed and turned in to your bus leader, or you will not able to volunteer.
On the bus ride home, please complete our feedback survey, so that you can let us know what you liked and how we can make future service days even better!

10 - 11 am - Registration, Introduction, Refreshments
11 am - Buses depart MSU campus
~12 - 3:30 pm - Volunteering on or off campus
~3:30 - 4 pm - Buses depart service sites and arrive on MSU campus

Please register for only ONE site.
Free transportation is provided for ALL sites.
All supplies will be provided.
