An Annual Fund Solicitor plays key role in ensuring that Windward reaches our fundraising goal by serving as a liaison between parents and the School. The primary responsibilities and expectations of an Annual Fund Solicitor are:
• Help to educate parents about the importance of participation in the Annual Fund
• Contribute to the Annual Fund to the best of your ability
• Write thank you notes to every donor on your solicitation list after they have made a gift
• Communicate with the Associate Director of Development to trouble-shoot, receive updated information and stay informed about our progress
• Attend the Annual Fund Solicitor training in October, where you will receive all the necessary tools to be successful in this role
