KEEP Healthy: 2018 Cleveland Museum of Art signup sheet
The NKF will be offering free kidney screenings at the Cleveland Museum of Art's Spring Into Health event on Wednesday, March 28th from 11:30am-2:30pm. This is a premium opportunity to serve our community and #FightCKD. Over 2,000 attendees are expected and our goal is to screen over 100 participants! This will not be possible without special volunteers like YOU!
General and technical volunteers are needed to help with registration, Body Mass Index, blood pressures, urinalysis, clinician consultation, evaluation/exit survey, nutrition information, NKF resource information and floaters. (Technical volunteers-some medical background is preferred, i.e, nursing students/professionals, medical assistants or professionals, etc)
