We need your help to man the silent auction booth at the Annual Conference! This involves keeping the items save, telling visitors about the items, and selling 50/50 raffle tickets.
SETUP: help Ashley Anderson set up items for display and man the table for the first 30 minutes each day.
BREAKDOWN: help Ashley Anderson breakdown and store the items (may also have 30 minutes to man the table as well depending on the timeslot)
BREAKDOWN: secure items and clean up area
CLOSEOUT: Identify winners and collect payment
