Hostit ottavat vastaan opettajavieraat näiden saapuessa Kaapelitehtaalle, vievät oikeisiin luokkiin, huolehtivat siirtymisistä tilasta toiseen ja päivän päätteeksi saattavat opettajat matkaan kohti majoituspaikkaa. Tuntien välisillä tauoilla hostit huolehtivat siitä, että opettajilla on kaikki tarvitsemansa ja hakevat näiden ateriat Hima & Sali-ravintolasta tai pidemmällä tauolla vievät nämä syömään. Kaikki tehtävät on merkitty aikatauluun, jonka kukin host saa myöhemmin, joten tarkempaa ohjeistusta on luvassa! Lauantain ja sunnuntain tuntien aikana hosteilla on lepoaikaa, ja silloin voi hyvin käydä päivämilongassa tanssimassa - kunhan katsoo välillä kelloa. Tauot tuntien välillä ovat lyhyitä, joten hostin on oltava täsmällinen ja itsenäinen. Sujuva englannin kielen taito on tarpeen (opettajien äidinkieli on espanja). Huomaa, että perjantain vuoro on lyhyempi koska tunteja on vain illalla.

The hosts receive the guest teachers as they arrive at Kaapelitehdas and take them to the classrooms, they also take care of possible transitions from one room to another. After the workshops they send the teachers on their way to their lodgings. During the breaks between lessons the hosts make sure the teachers have everything they need and either bring them their meals from the restaurant Hima & Sali or, during a longer break, accompany the teachers to the restaurant. Each host will receive a schedule that includes all their tasks so there will be more detailed information before the event! During the lessons on Saturday and Sunday the hosts will have time to rest or dance at the day milonga - as long as they keep track of time. The breaks between workshops are short so hosts must be punctual and independent. They should also speak fluent English (the teachers are native Spanish speakers). Notice the Friday shift is shorter because all workshops are in the evening.
