Sunday Roll Sales signup sheet

This is for youth in grades 4-6 and their families to set out rolls on Saturday night to raise, to come back Sunday morning at 8 a.m. to bake/frost, and serve/sell after church plus clean up. All proceeds will be put into a fund and at the end of May will be divided evenly amongst all the youth who participated to be placed in their Trinity account for church events such as Bible camps, youth quakes, and other trips. Please sign up for only ONE weekend to start out with to give everyone a chance to participate. This is not required but on a volunteer basis only. We are tentatively planning on making 48 rolls or 4 pans/week and see how that goes. A sheet will be in the money bag to keep track of starting and ending money, how many rolls were made and sold, your child's name and grade, and a signature line.
