MCHS Volunteer AP Proctor Testing May 2014 signup sheet

We are looking for volunteers who would like to assist us with proctoring the AP Exams the weeks of May 5th through May 9th and May 12th through May 14, 2014. Please be aware that College Board regulations prohibit parents from proctoring and or being in the same room while their child is testing. The testing is divided into AM and PM sessions. The volunteer proctors will assist the lead proctors. Exact locations TBD. You will be notified by email as the date draws closer. Listed are the responsibilities of the volunteer proctors, but are not limited to: 1. Help with check in 2. Distribute materials and pick up blank materials and give to lead proctor (Don’t throw away yellow packs, answer sheets, or test materials.) 3. Collect testing materials after each section 4. Walk around the room to ensure students are working on the correct exam section 5. Supply pens, pencils, calculators (when appropriate) and extra paper (as necessary) 6. Walk around the room to ensure students are working on the correct exam section 7. Help count the number of students and materials after pick up 8. Help with pick up of tables and chairs at the end of testing
