MLK Day of Service 2017- Smoke Alarm Installation Project signup sheet
Attend this smoke alarm installation event with the American Red Cross and help a community learn how to take action to reduce the risk of home fires.
When: Jan. 16, 2017
9:30 am - 12:30 pm
Location: Logan City Hall, Conference Room
This will be a canvassing event in the neighborhoods around USU.
Volunteers will work in teams of 2-3 to go door to door in the neighborhoods around USU to install smoke alarms and educate residents about how to prevent fire and what to do if a home fire does occur.
*If possible, we encourage volunteers to bring their own drills and step ladders for smoke alarm installation to supplement our limited supply.
