Arrive a little before 2pm.
Open both servery windows and have money containers ready (plenty in the kitchen) for the children to put their money into. (They will generally have the correct money)
The sale process lasts no more than 15 minutes
Sort the money into coin bags and take to the office. I will place the money in the safe at the end of the day.
